These builds aren't code-signed yet, so the first launch needs one extra step: on Mac, right-click the app → Open → Open; on Windows, click More info → Run anyway at the SmartScreen prompt. After that it launches normally. You'll finish setup (your Google sign-in, your Anthropic key, your license) inside the app.
